A photograph of a shadow puppet performance projected onto a backlit cloth screen in a dark hall. On the left, a standing figure in a plain white garment with a white cap and a forehead mark appears in silhouette-like tones. On the right, colourful flat puppets are grouped: a pink-faced figure with a dark headdress and a red-faced figure in a yellow garment stand beside a taller figure wearing a crown-like headpiece, jewellery and a red-and-blue cloth. No physical people are visible on stage, only projected puppet figures; the scene is dimly lit against black surroundings.
