Night photograph of a tall wire-frame effigy-like structure rising from a red-lit base against a black sky, with red lamps or lights clustered along its lower frame and crossbar. Two smaller red-lit hanging elements flank the central pole. A speaker cabinet sits at the lower right, and a row of small blue-and-white pennant flags runs along the bottom edge, with a blurred head of a person at lower left. The structure appears to be a festival fixture or effigy; no clear deity or figure is identifiable.
