Outdoor temple ceremony at a stone-pillared pavilion with a raised granite platform. A man in white dhoti and an orange-saffron shawl stands at the platform's edge, facing the altar. Beside him two uniformed security men in dark uniforms stand near a tall orange and gold ceremonial umbrella on a pole. On the platform sit brass and silver puja vessels, a kalasha and lamps, and a deity murti with a multi-hooded serpent canopy garlanded in red and white flowers, draped in white cloth. Seated devotees in orange and white fill the open ground in front, and more people in white stand under the pavilion roof. Palm trees and a tin-roofed shelter appear behind.
