A photograph of a home visit in a bright whitewashed room with a staircase behind. In the foreground a woman in a rust-red and gold sari with a red and yellow flower garland holds up a silver trident while seated on an orange cloth. Seated devotees in white clothes receive a lit oil lamp in a small brass dish, with a leaf-and-flower offering on a tray beside it. A cameraman stands at upper left, and a crowd of seated people in white and bright clothes fills the background near a steel staircase with pink curtains.
