Outdoor photograph of a ceremony at a water tank with red brick tiered steps lined with a large crowd of onlookers, many in white clothes and colourful saris. In the foreground, a group of people in white dhotis and white kurtas stand in the brown water, with several figures in saffron and orange robes near the center, one holding a small red-and-gold ceremonial umbrella. A floating garlanded object lies on the water at right. Behind the steps stand orange-roofed buildings, palm trees and a roadside billboard with a saffron-robed figure. Near the center, a figure in orange robes appears to be the presiding ritual leader among the water-side participants, but the appearance is uncertain and no identification is made.
