Two white air coolers flank him on a white-draped table, with a flower arrangement beside him. A blue banner behind the stage reads Nithyananda Spurana in Tamil and English lettering. A red-carpeted staircase leads up to the platform, edged by green potted plants. A large screen on the right shows a close-up of the same seated figure. In the foreground, a dense crowd of heads faces the stage, many people in white clothes. Several more people are visible in the crowd, most seen from behind, so the count is in the 21-100 range.
