Behind him a row of children in festive clothes stands near orange traffic cones and a purple balloon; a girl on the right wears a light green salwar with a purple beaded necklace, and a child on the left wears an orange garland. Behind them a man in a red collared shirt with a dark lanyard-style necklace stands with his arms folded, watching.
