Evening photograph of a crowded outdoor event at dusk, with a large blurred mass of people in mostly white, red and colourful saris and kurtas walking across a paved ground. Bright spotlights and string lights edged in red and multicoloured bulbs frame a stage area. A tall vertical banner on the left shows a figure in red and orange robes with a long garland and hair swept back, labelled with a large Tamil printed caption. A smaller banner on the right shows a portrait with a caption. A hill rises in the background, and a red flag and a telecom tower are visible at the edges. The people are motion-blurred, so individual features cannot be made out.
