Outdoor photo of a large Shiva linga covered in marigold and multicolored flower garlands, with a golden hooded cobra-like ornament at its upper section, set on a flower-draped platform. In the foreground at left, a seated figure in red robes with a flower garland sits on a golden throne-like seat beside a golden trident and ritual pots; the figure's identity is uncertain from appearance, so only the role of seated figure is given. Several bare-chested and saffron-clad priests sit or stand on the right tending the platform, and a large audience sits on tiered stone steps at left and right. Red-and-white flags and a red building stand in the background under a clear blue sky.
