Outdoor street scene in a village with a crowd of men and women gathered on a dirt road. Many men wear white shirts and white dhotis, while others wear checked shirts or a yellow-brown shirt. Several people hold orange flags bearing a black bird-like emblem, and one blue banner shows a framed portrait of an elderly bearded man with white hair. A white van is parked at right. Palm trees, small houses and hills form the background under an overcast sky.
