A photo of a devotional paada pooja in an ornate hall with carved wooden walls and a golden throne at the upper left. A figure with long dark hair in a red-and-black outfit sits on the gold throne with hands folded, while a small gilded deity murti decorated with gold garlands is set in an alcove at the top centre. Seated devotees on the floor wear white dhotis and saffron or orange shawls and rudraksha malas; several hold brass plates and lit oil lamps, and one man in the foreground raises his arm. Flower arrangements, potted plants and a studio light complete the scene. Whether the throned figure is the a person could not be confirmed from appearance alone.
