Outdoor relief-camp scene in daylight. Four men sit on orange plastic chairs in front of a whitewashed building: a man in a white shirt on the left, a man in a striped shirt, a man in a pink shirt holding papers, and a man in a light blue shirt on the right gesturing. Standing behind them is a man in white with a green surgical-style cap and a lanyard. Behind them, several people in white shirts and green caps stand near stacked sacks and rows of water bottles. A large orange banner hangs above, showing a smiling portrait of a figure with a saffron turban and orange robe, with Tamil text and a website URL. A blue-and-red tarp shelter and palm trees complete the setting.
