A night-time photograph of an outdoor area decorated with strings of multicolour fairy lights. In the foreground, a flight of red-and-white striped stone steps is lined with potted green plants, some with red-tinged leaves, and a string of small lights runs along the steps and edge. A bright white floodlight stands at the right. In the background, a truck with a raised platform stands near a few figures, and a man in orange robes stands at the far left beside a person in white clothing. The image is dark overall, with a hose running along the right edge.

A standing figure in white with a saffron shawl stands near the centre of the steps, and a small wooden seat or box with a red cloth and offerings lies by the water's edge.
