A photograph of an unfinished concrete-block building under construction, with exposed metal roof trusses and partly corrugated sheet roofing. Palm trees and a tall antenna stand behind it under a pale sky. In the open courtyard, a large orange-framed poster of a bearded figure in orange clothing leans against the wall, and a worker in red clothing stands near a green wooden hand cart at the right. Loose stone blocks and gravel lie on the ground at left. The page indicates no a person presence at this event; the figure on the poster is a depiction and no candidate is physically present in person.
