A photograph of an indoor programme on a raised stage with a red draped platform. Seated on a white throne-style chair at centre is a figure in orange robes and an orange head wrap, with rudraksha-style beads and a microphone before him. Behind him a large banner shows a smiling portrait labelled "Paramahamsa Nithyananda" beside Tamil lettering for an Arogya Yoga programme. A row of audience members, mostly women in white clothing, sits on the floor facing the stage, with a camera on a tripod at right and a white board and fan beside the stage.

On a raised red-skirted stage, a seated figure in saffron-orange robes and an orange turban sits cross-legged on a white armchair, with rudraksha beads visible, performing a meditation posture. A large banner behind shows a smiling man in an orange turban and a portrait labelled "Paramahamsa Nithyananda" beside Tamil title text for Arogya Yoga. Hundreds of seated attendees in white clothes fill the floor in front of the stage, with a camera on a tripod at the side and a whiteboard and fans on the stage. Probable Swamiji (saffron turban, orange robes and rudraksha cues) is the central presenter, and the banner portrait is a printed depiction.2006-11-25Article - November 26 20062006-11-26Article - November 26 20062006-11-26Article - November 26 20062006-11-26Article - November 26 20062006-11-26Large audience seated on red chairs facing a stage in a hall during a yoga programme.
