A man in a white shirt kneels at lower right, cupping his hands to receive a small offering. The seated figure sits on a red and gold cushioned seat before a blue patterned backdrop, with a pedestal fan, a red carpet and a decorated golden kalasha-like ornament in the background. A woman in an orange-red turban and orange garment, wearing a gold garland, sits at left offering food from a bowl to a seated gold figure. A woman in a rust-coloured saree and a long rudraksha mala holds a steel plate of food. Beside her a woman in a white saree with an orange-beaded garland smiles. Children and adults stand or kneel at right, with a boy in an orange top and glasses, and a man in white with a rudraksha mala placing rice offerings on a silver tray. Plates of rice and food sit in front in a puja setting.2014-08-17A photograph of a ceremonial offering at a gold-decorated stage with a red throne and red bolster. A smiling man with long swept-back hair, a white-and-red tilak on his forehead, a pink-and-white flower garland, a rudraksha mala and a brown-red shawl sits on the throne, holding a glass-lidded tray of flowers and offerings while a woman in a blue sari with a gold border and dark bangles presents a plate to him. Behind them, a seated man in white with a rudraksha mala watches, and women in orange saris and gold jewellery hold offering plates. The Swamiji cues are distinctive: long swept-back hair, a flower garland, rudraksha and a brown-red shawl, but the face and appearance are not certain enough to confirm identity, so the appearance-based label is probable. Ornate gold carvings line the background.2017-12-15August 17 20142014-08-17August 17 20142014-08-17A photo from a padapuja at an ashram hall with red carpet and a golden ornate throne on the left. A woman in a rust-brown sari with marigold garland sits on a red zebra-print seat offering food from a bowl. A woman in orange robes and a rudraksha mala holds a silver bowl of white offering. A woman in white with an orange shawl and mala stands behind, and a man in a white shirt with lanyard stands at right. Behind them, women in orange and rust saffron robes with rudraksha malas hold a tray of white offerings, and a decorated gold-and-floral deity murti stands on a red carpeted floor beside a blue patterned backdrop with a fan. This appears to be a padapuja-style ritual. The seated figure has long swept-back hair and saffron-orange clothing with ceremonial gold ornaments, a cue combination consistent with the page's Swamiji reference, so the appearance-based label applies.2014-08-17Indoor ritual scene at a temple-like hall during a pada puja event.
