Outdoor temple tank ceremony with a stepped pool lined in red and white bands. A central raised platform with a golden canopy and garlanded seat holds two figures in saffron-orange robes; one stands raising an arm while another in orange stands beside the seat. Many devotees in white and mixed-colour clothing wade waist-deep in the water and crowd the steps, some holding small ritual items. Orange and white pennant bunting stretches across the background under a clear sky, with trees and a dirt embankment behind. Balloons and flower offerings float near the platform.
