Outdoors under a corrugated metal roof beside a whitewashed building with palm trees behind, a man in an orange saffron robe with an orange headwrap stands on a raised concrete platform, holding out a folded striped cloth towel. Beside him a man in a white dhoti and white shirt with gold-coloured bracelets hands out towels. Women in colourful saris and a man in a tan shirt gather around; one woman in an orange blouse and teal sari stands at left. A cardboard box and blue plastic bag sit on the platform. This appears to be a towel distribution relief activity, and the saffron-robed man is a person candidate, shown in person distributing towels.
