A stage at an indoor event with a red carpet, garland-draped podium and white-draped tables. A standing speaker in an orange turban and orange robe, with a green garment or sash, speaks at a microphone on a flower-decorated lectern. Behind him a large banner shows a smiling man with long hair in saffron clothing, plus circular portraits of several men. Three seated men sit on ornate gold-and-red thrones; the one on the right wears orange robes, the centre one a white turban and white clothes. A Kannada banner heading reads 'ಆನಂದೋತ್ಸವ' with 'ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್'. The speaker's appearance is consistent with a person, but identity is uncertain from appearance alone.
