Night photograph of a large dark granite Shiva lingam on a square yoni pedestal, decorated with a yellow-and-orange marigold garland. A tall metal staircase with railings leads up to a platform beside the lingam, where several people in saffron and orange robes stand near brass lamps. Floodlights illuminate the scene. Behind, tiers of seated devotees fill stone steps beside a wall strung with lights, and a colourful striped canopy with yellow tassels shelters a golden palanquin-like seat at right.
