A construction site outdoors under bright sky with palm trees behind. Two workers carry a long corrugated metal roofing sheet; one wears a green head cloth and checked shirt, the other a plaid shirt and gloves. Dark corrugated metal walls form a framed enclosure. Several other workers stand on the walls and walk across dusty ground. A red-and-white flag and a partly built tall structure appear at right. A rusty metal box and worktable sit at left.
