Indoor photograph of a domestic aarti at a house visit. A tall figure in reddish-maroon sannyasi robes with a gold border and a red-and-white flower garland holds a lit oil lamp with a bright flame. Beside him, a monk in matching maroon robes with a dark rudraksha mala stands with a hand near the lamp. On the left, a man in a white shirt with a red-orange beaded necklace presses his palms together in namaste. Behind him, a woman in a white sari with a gold border holds a brass plate of flowers. A red-and-white flower garland hangs on the wall, and a window and patterned curtain are visible. Several people are visible; the frame shows four people in the scene.
