A hazy outdoor cyclone relief camp with palm trees bending in wind. Striped red, green and dark canopy tents stand at left and right, and a yellow and white truck is parked behind a metal fence. A bald man in white dhoti with a bare upper body and a rudraksha-style necklace stands at center, and an older man in white shirt and dhoti stands beside him. Two men in white with a patterned shawl stand at right, and an orange flag hangs from a pole near a cooking area with a large steel vessel.
