Many devotees in white and orange clothing move along a raised concrete platform. A woman in an orange sari carries a small book, a woman in a white sari holding a black book stands center, a man in white kurta and white dhoti stands on the right, and a woman in a red sari with a long braid appears at the right edge. A large portrait is visible on the far right, and the crowd of white-clad people extends behind the pavilion.2007-02-16February 16 20072007-02-16A photo of a decorated temple-style entrance arch at an outdoor event under a white tent canopy with palm leaves. The arch is red, blue and gold and reads NITHYANANDAM. Two portraits flank the entrance and a circular portrait hangs above it. Several people walk down the steps: a man in white shirt and dhoti in the foreground, a person in a saffron-orange robe with long dark hair at centre, a man in white holding a saffron-stoled cloth, and another in white with an orange shawl. A person in white with an orange cloth bends over the steps in the lower right. Decorative umbrellas with red, green and yellow fringes stand beside the steps.2007-02-15Outdoor photo of a decorated entrance pavilion labelled NITHYANANDAM in a colourful striped and patterned banner arch, with a large portrait of a smiling bearded man in orange and a side portrait of a smiling woman in orange, flanked by banana leaves and striped red-and-white walls. A central figure with long dark hair wears an orange robe and carries a walking stick as he steps down a concrete staircase; the possibly Swamiji-like figure shows distinctive long swept hair and saffron clothing, so this is a probable identification. Around him are people in white dhotis and kurtas with orange shawls, a woman in a green sari, and a woman in a pink sari. Multicoloured umbrellas and a circular portrait above the arch frame the scene.2007-02-15February 15 20072007-02-15A photograph of a decorated open-sided pavilion entrance with a corrugated roof and a round framed portrait of a saffron-robed bald man displayed above the arch. A long red, yellow and green embroidered banner reading "NITHYANANDAM" hangs across the entrance, flanked by banana plants and small parasol-style umbrellas in red, green and orange. Several women in colourful silk saris, including red and magenta tones, climb the grey steps toward the entrance, and a man in white dhoti and shirt walks near them. In the foreground a child in red and an elderly man with a cane stand at the left edge. The portrait above is a depiction, not a physical person present in the scene.2007-02-15February 16 20072007-02-16February 16 20072007-02-16Outdoor photo of a decorated pavilion entrance with a red, blue and yellow patterned arch reading "NITHYANANDAM", flanked by palm fronds, small ornate umbrellas and a large framed portrait of a saffron-robed figure.
