A dense outdoor procession seen from above, with many colourful umbrellas in red, yellow, green, blue and orange, each with fringed edges and metal finials, held over the crowd. Tall red flags rise among them. Behind them a white truck or float carries a metal railing and a white banner with blue lettering, partly reading PAPA. Strings of small triangular pennants in purple, pink, green and blue cross the top of the frame. On the right, a richly decorated deity murti or palanquin in gold and yellow stands beside garlands of white flowers. Many people in white and saffron clothing are visible in the crowd, though only partial figures show, and the scene is bright with sunlight.
