A younger man in an orange robe with a maroon sash stands at the right, holding a lit flame toward brass lamps and a kalasha-like vessel on the ledge, apparently performing aarti. Other people in white dhotis stand at the left, and a red-clad deity murti with a garland is visible at the right edge. A banana plant, red cloth hanging and whitewashed buildings frame the scene. Five people in saffron robes are visible, plus two or three in white.2009-10-15July 21 20102010-07-21October 06 20112011-10-06January 02 20132013-01-02A group of saffron-robed sannyasis stands in a whitewashed hall with a tin roof, several with palms pressed together in greeting. One bowing sannyasi in the centre has a shaved head and a draped orange shawl. At the left, a man in white dhoti with a yellow scarf stands near a table of brass items. In the foreground, rows of brass oil lamps and a brass plate with flowers and offerings sit on a red cloth. Behind them a dark board lists names, a red curtain hangs at right, and a carved stone pillar stands at the right edge.2009-10-15October 18 20102010-10-18 +1 copies
