A photograph of a Durga murti on a procession platform being carried through a dusty outdoor street. The goddess has multiple arms holding weapons, a black flowing mane, a red and white sari with a lace-like white arched backdrop, and a golden-maned lion mount beneath her. About ten men in white dhotis and white shirts push and steady the platform from the front and sides; one man in a yellow shawl and another in red-streaked white cloth are among them. Behind, a smaller float carries a pink Ganesha murti and a second deity murti on a tractor-drawn trolley. A few bystanders watch from the left, and a paved walkway runs beside the road. A banner with Kannada script is visible at left.
