A dramatic overcast sky over a flat, dusty field at dusk, with heavy dark storm clouds and a patch of brighter light near the horizon. In the middle distance stand two unfinished or partly built multi-storey concrete blocks, one white and one darker, with a blue tarpaulin draped over part of the darker block. A low, rocky hill rises on the left behind a tree with thin, drooping branches, and small bushes and a low structure sit in the foreground. No people are visible.
