Outdoor procession at a temple-style event under bright sunlight, with palm trees behind. In the foreground, a woman in orange sari and a man in orange robes stand at a long cart draped in a striped multicolored cloth, holding offerings and a flower-filled plate. A large ceremonial figure is seated on the cart, decorated with heavy garlands of yellow and white flowers, with a red cloth behind it. Several people in white and orange clothing stand behind, some with yellow shawls, and a smoking incense or fire dish sends up smoke. A colourful ceremonial umbrella and triangular flags frame the scene, and a portrait of a robed figure hangs on a panel at the upper right.
