Dense crowd at a Kumbh Mela procession in an outdoor street lined with tents, banners and trees. A golden ornate palanquin decorated with flower garlands and red-and-white fabric is carried through the crowd. Seated on it is a figure in red, and an attendant in orange robes stands beside it. Bare-chested men with ash-smeared bodies in white loincloths fill the left side behind yellow metal barricades. Red flags and a green umbrella are visible, and police in khaki uniforms and yellow-vested volunteers keep order. The palanquin figure's face and identity are not established by the scene, so no identification is made.
