Night procession photographed from a moving vehicle with bright lamps glowing on the left. A richly decorated golden and orange ratha or palanquin is draped in marigold and flower garlands and topped with orange and red tassels. A bald, bare-chested man in white dhoti stands at the lower left, one arm raised. A hand holding a lit lamp or light is raised in the foreground. Large crowds fill the street on the right, and a white building with red arches and a painted sign stands at the right edge. Festive, crowded scene under street lights.
