A street procession during an outdoor event, photographed from a raised platform. In the foreground, a figure in orange saffron robes and an orange head wrap stands on the left holding a red flag with a black emblem aloft, while crowds of people below in orange and white clothing gather. Behind them, a marching line carries a Taiwan flag and a large Sri Lanka flag with a yellow lion emblem. Uniformed police officers walk among the crowd, and people in white dhotis and saris line the street.
