Outdoor procession on a dusty red dirt road beside a wire fence and trees. A decorated ratha-style cart pulled by white horses with colourful embroidered saddle cloths carries a seated figure in orange robes under a multicoloured umbrella canopy with red and gold trim. Men in white kurta and dhoti walk alongside, several holding the cart or reaching toward the horses. Younger men in light blue and white t-shirts with a white bird-like print and blue collars walk in front, one wearing a rudraksha-style mala, and a yellow flag is visible at right.
