Many people wear white, pastel saris, and blue, pink and orange garments; some men wear white shirts and dhotis, and an older woman in a red-bordered sari walks in the foreground. A large orange vendor banner reads IT EDUCATION and a tall roadside billboard shows a portrait of a woman with Tamil text. Stalls sell goods along the road, and a red Coca-Cola sign is visible among the tents.
