Relief distribution on a village street after a cyclone. Several men stand on top of a yellow-and-red vehicle, one in an orange robe and white head covering, others in light shirts and cloths, handing out metal bowls and food packets. Below, a crowd of children and women in saris, including a woman in a pink sari holding a bowl, reaches up toward the vehicle. A cameraman in a striped shirt films with a shoulder camera in the foreground. Damaged palm fronds and debris lie on the roadside, and a thatched hut stands to the right.
