A photograph of a flag-hoisting or ribbon-pulling moment at a street-side event. A person with long dark hair wearing an orange saffron robe and a long rudraksha mala hauls on an orange rope tied to a pole, smiling and looking down. Beside them a bald man in orange and a shirtless man with a rudraksha mala watch closely. Behind, a crowd includes women in white saris, a young child in a light green wrap held by an older woman, and men in striped shirts. Posters on the wall show a portrait and Tamil text, and a cameraman films at right. The posters and portrait are printed images, not people. Visible people number about 15.
