A small home shrine room where devotees sit on the floor in a ritual puja. At left, a deity murti stands in a gilded arched niche, draped in green, red and white garlands with a flower-garland mala. On a red cloth in the centre, a framed portrait of a woman in a red sari sits among pink and orange flowers. A woman in an orange sari with a shawl in the foreground presses her palms together, while a woman in a pink sari and a man in a cream-white kurta sit before offerings of fruit, flowers and brass vessels. At far right, a man in a striped shirt plays a drum, and a small black audio system sits on a stand. Cream walls and a white curtain frame the room.
