A photograph of a large hall filled with smoke during a fire ritual. Many devotees sit on mats on the floor, most dressed in white clothing, some women in white saris with flowers in their hair. In the foreground, a man with grey hair sits with his hands folded, and a woman in a teal top and a bowl of pink flowers sits nearby. At the lower right, a fire burns in a raised fire pit with a brass vessel beside it. Long fluorescent tubes hang from bamboo poles and sugarcane stalks decorate the hall. A figure in white stands near the back at the right, and a camera stands on a tripod nearby. The scene suggests a yajna with a fire offering, and the setting is a hall with a smoke-filled ceiling.
