Around them, many shaven-headed men wear saffron-orange robes, orange shawls, rudraksha malas and gold chains, with white and sandal forehead markings. Warm lamplight and a dark background surround the crowd. The person has long, swept-back dark hair, orange-saffron wrap and red top, with a visible white forehead mark; the appearance-based candidate for a person is probable, so the scene is described with those cues, but the person is shown in a physical act of greeting and blessing among the devotees.2013-03-10November 16 20112011-11-16
