A smiling man with a tall, swept-up dark topknot and a white forehead mark sits on an ornate gilded throne, raising both palms toward the viewer in front of a microphone on a stand. He is bare-chested and wears layered ceremonial gold necklaces and a red-brown wrist thread. Behind him hang orange-gold curtains, and golden ceremonial staffs with carved finials and a golden deity murti stand at either side. A Swamiji (probable) candidate is seated in the centre, identified by the swept-back hair, ornate gold jewellery and the throne, though the appearance is only partly distinctive. A small copyright line appears at the lower right.
