A photograph of a crowded outdoor event where a man with long dark hair, wearing a rust-brown wrap, a heavy gold ceremonial necklace and gold bangles on both arms, smiles and raises his hands toward the crowd. Dense devotees, many in orange and white, press around him, several holding up mobile phones, and a uniformed police officer stands nearby. A TV news microphone is held up in front of him. Behind them, spectators sit in tiers on a building with red and orange drapery, and a red banner with Hindi text is visible. The man's appearance is not clearly established from the image, so identity is uncertain.
