September 19 20062006-09-19December 22 20112011-12-22Outdoor photo of a group walking along a dirt path past a white ashram building with a green corrugated roof and a flowering tree. In front, a man in a saffron-orange robe with a rudraksha mala raises one arm high; his long dark hair is swept back, and he is a person, as a figure with long hair, saffron robes and rudraksha beads. Beside him, a bald young man in white with an orange shawl walks barefoot. Behind them, a saffron-robed sadhu with his hands folded, a man in a yellow dhoti, a bearded sadhu in orange with a headcloth, and men in white and grey trousers follow along a path lined with potted plants.2007-08-09August 09 20072007-08-09Three men walk across a sunlit courtyard in front of a tiled-roof building with red and green painted pillars and notice boards. The man in the centre wears a red-orange robe over his shoulders, a tall dark turban-style head covering, and a white wrap, and is walking barefoot. He is flanked by a man on the left in an orange robe with rudraksha beads and a red-orange shawl, and a man on the right in a white dhoti with gold border and a white shawl over a sacred thread. A red stepped well or platform stands at the lower right and a tree frames the left edge.2018-05-12August 09 20072007-08-09November 24 20062006-11-24A group of saffron-robed sadhus walks barefoot along a pale dirt path in an open ashram compound in daylight. In the centre, a long-haired man in orange with a rudraksha mala and a ceremonial necklace leads the line, flanked by bearded sadhus in orange, brown and rust-coloured cloths. Several men in white shirts and trousers with lanyard badges walk alongside, one holding a video camera. Behind them are a concrete block wall, a wooden fence, young trees and a utility pole under a pale sky.2009-12-30August 09 20072007-08-09A photograph of a dusty clearing with scrubby trees, a palm, rocky outcrop and parked white vehicles. A central figure in orange robes with a long flower garland walks forward, while a man in white dhoti and shawl beside him holds a bright yellow-orange umbrella over him. Other people in white and orange clothing walk alongside, and a small concrete tank sits at the left edge. The procession suggests a ceremonial walk at an outdoor site. A figure with long dark hair and an orange shawl at the front is a sannyasi-style devotee; whether he is the a person is uncertain from appearance alone.2010-02-15August 09 20072007-08-09Outdoor photo on a red dirt path through green shrubs, with a palm frond and rocky outcrop behind.
