A sandy outdoor arena at a community event where a group of young men in white t-shirts with blue lettering and blue-and-white designs stand in a tight circle, holding hands and facing inward, with several men in jeans and shorts. Behind them, a row of people in white and some saffron clothing sits and stands along the edge of the ground. A wooden frame with a hanging rope swing or pendulum rises at left, with a flag pole and trees beyond. A tall white-clad man with long dark hair stands at right near the edge of the sand, possibly a participant or organizer, without a clear identification. Speakers and a blue stacked barrel are visible at the left edge. Crowds of spectators fill the background under a pale sky.
