Seated before it on a white-draped platform is a white figure wearing a blue robe and a rudraksha-style pendant, one hand raised in a mudra, with a blue turban. Brass oil lamps stand on either side, and a gold-bordered red arch frames the scene. The figure appears to be a statue rather than a living person, so no physical people are counted.2010-09-15September 09 20102010-09-09Photo 11693814June 16 20152015-06-16September 22 20092009-09-22April 25 20122012-04-25June 25 20152015-06-25A photograph of a temple shrine centred on a seated white statue wearing a blue dhoti-style garment, a blue head wrap and a gold-coloured pendant necklace, with a raised hand in blessing. Long garlands of yellow and purple-magenta flowers hang from the figure. Behind it stands a large deity murti with a gold crown and ornate gold jewellery, draped in pink and magenta silks. Brass oil lamps flank the shrine, and silver and brass vessels with a kalasha-style pot sit on a white-draped platform in front. The statue is a statue, not a living person, and the scene holds no physical people.2010-09-15Photo 11693823Photo 11694620
