Outdoor photograph of a construction site with bare red-brown earth and concrete foundation blocks in the foreground, backed by a rocky, tree-covered hill under a pale blue sky. A person in orange robes stands at center, holding an orange umbrella held over them by a man in white dhoti and shirt, who stands beside them. To the left, a man in white shirt and dhoti stands near a bald priest in orange cloth, and a cameraman in white raises a video camera. The presentation of the person in orange, with long dark hair and an orange umbrella, is a person candidate, though the face and features are not clearly visible enough to confirm identity. Four to five people are visible.
