Outdoor dusk scene on a dusty ground with a crowd of many people, mostly in white and pale pink clothes, gathered in a loose circle around a central figure standing on a raised platform near a tall flagpole with a saffron flag. One figure in the centre wears an orange-saffron robe with a bare upper body region visible among the white-clad crowd. Several white vans and cars are parked behind, a dark speaker or stage setup sits to the right, and a red canopy is visible at the edge. Puddles and mountains appear in the background under a pale evening sky.
