A bald man in an orange t-shirt printed with a portrait and orange trousers stands centre, reading or holding a small book or sheet at chest height. Around him, several people in orange and white clothing stand close together: a man in an orange shirt on the left holding papers, a man in a white sleeveless top with a red sash, a man in a white shirt and dark trousers, and a young man in a grey sweater and white dhoti on the far right. Others in white and orange stand along the wall in the background. The activity appears to be a group gathering or line for a registration or sign-in process.
