Outdoor photo of a ritual at a water channel beneath coconut palms on sandy ground. A central figure in white clothing with an orange head band stands at the edge of the channel, facing a line of young women and girls in white and orange garments who lean forward to touch or dip their hands in the flowing water. Seated and standing onlookers in white kurtas, orange shawls and some colourful clothing crowd the left side on the sand, and a small girl with a red hair clip sits in the foreground. A colourful canopy edge appears at the upper left.
