A large ornate throne stands on a red-carpeted stage in a plain concrete-block hall. The heart-shaped golden throne back is decorated with mirror-work borders and red, green and yellow patterns, with a backdrop of yellow and orange marigold garlands. Seated on the throne is a printed portrait of a bearded man in saffron robes with a saffron turban, rudraksha-style beaded mala and ceremonial gold necklaces, raising one hand. Leopard-print cushions flank him and a small gold footstool sits in front. Striped decorative hangings with bird motifs hang on the walls, and a carved wooden elephant stands at the left edge. The seating is empty apart from the portrait, and a second portrait-like figure appears at the right edge, showing only partly.
