He wears a black turban, an orange-saffron robe, a white and pink flower garland and gold necklaces, and presses his palms together in namaste. Silver elephant figures flank the throne on a red-carpeted floor, and vertical striped pillars with floral patterns stand beside it in a plain concrete hall. The large heart-shaped golden throne back is encrusted with decorative mirrors and carved work, framed by marigold garlands. Seated on the throne is a painted or printed image of a bearded figure in saffron-orange robes, orange turban and gold necklaces, seated in meditation pose; this is a depiction, not a physical person. Leopard-print cushions rest on the seat. Flanking the platform are carved wooden elephant figures, and banana-leaf style decorations hang along the front of the dais. Tall striped and decorated banners hang on the walls. No people are physically present.2018-04-14April 14 20182018-04-14April 14 20182018-04-14April 14 20182018-04-14 +1 copiesIndoor temple-hall scene with a large ornate decorated throne-like seat at centre, its back covered in embroidered red, green and gold patterns.
